St Ives Archive opened in 1996. It houses information on every aspect of the town's unique history and people, and has an extensive collection of photographs which have been taken over the past 140 years, and which clearly document how the area has changed over time. The Archive plays a major role in the community and has links with libraries, museums, art galleries, and archives in St Ives and Cornwall. The Archive previously compiled St Ives Bay Revisited.
