Susannah Blake started her working life in health promotion before becoming a food writer and editor. Since then, she has worked for many prestigious book publishers, commissioning authors, and photographers, as well as contributing to a large number of food and cookery books. Susannah is passionate about healthy eating and nutrition, and has travelled the world gathering new and exciting recipe ideas, which she enjoys drawing on for inspiration. This is her second book on juices and smoothies.
