This prequel to "Holy Pictures" tells the story of a Dublin family, the Devlins, a family seething with children under the care of their ma. As time moves from the 1890s through to the 1920s, we focus on little Daisy, modest and romantic, who becomes the mother of Nan in "Holy Pictures".
