About John Bratton

John Bratton is Adjunct Professor in the Centre for Work & Community Studies at Athabasca University, Canada, and a Visiting Professor at Edinburgh Napier University Business School, Edinburgh, Scotland. He has taught HRM and labour relations in UK and Canadian business schools for over 25-years. His research interests and publications have focused on the sociology of work, leadership and workplace learning.
