About John M. Williams

John M. Williams is a research affiliate for the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne. He has served in the U.S. Army as a staff officer specializing in satellite and tropical meteorology and has also worked at the National Hurricane Center in Coral Gables, Florida. Iver W. Duedall is professor of oceanography and environmental science at the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne.
