Lily asks "why" the whole time. Usually her dad tries to give her an answer, but sometimes he just gets cross. But when a Thargon spaceship lands and the Thargons announce that they are going to destroy Earth, Lily throws them so much by asking "why", that they go home to Tharg to think about it.
