Summary

The three Casey brothers, Johnny, Ed, and Liam, have all lucked out in life. They have beautiful, successful wives, they have a tremendous brotherly bond, their kids get on well, and they love to spend time together - whether that's a birthday party or a weekend away. They have money, and they know how to spend it well. They are happy. Or so they would have one another believe.
However, as with so many seemingly perfect situations, dig a little deeper and not all is as it seems. There are rifts and rivalries, inappropriate crushes, and more.

Grown Ups Summary

Grown Ups: The Sunday Times No 1 Bestseller by Marian Keyes

While some family secrets can be taken to the grave, unfortunately for the Caseys, things don't work out quite this way. When Ed's wife Cara suffers a blow to the head, she suddenly can't seem to keep up appearances any longer.
What follows is a hilarious, heart-warming, and tragic unravelling, and as the family tries to pick itself back up and piece itself back together, the adults begin to contemplate whether it might be time to finally grow up.
Grown Ups is a Sunday Times number one bestseller and perfect for those who sometimes feel the need to escape their adult life!
You should read this book if…
  • You love complex and tangled human tales that remind us of the complexities of life
  • You want to know that you are not alone if you haven't got it all figured out quite yet
  • You want to laugh, cry, and feel everything in between
