About Mark Seaton

Mark Seaton is an internationally qualified Mountain Guide who has lived and worked in the European Alps since 1992. He lives with his wife Jane, their daughters Andrea, Florence and Sophie, and their Bernese mountain dog, Leo, in the Chamonix Valley. Lorna and Graham Philpot are an ingenious collaborative team. Anthony Ant and his Extraordinary Underground Maze became an instant success when it was first published in 1990 in the UK, USA, and Canada. It won the coveted Best Picture Book 1994 award, voted for by the Federation of Children's Books in the United Kingdom.
