In this Orange-B level Casper book: Scare School is preparing for their Meany, Screamy Dance contest, but Casper isn't mean enough, so he fades away. When it's time for the contest, it's Ra and Mantha against Thatch. That is, until Casper appears and flies in circles around Thatch's head, making him dizzy! In the end 'friendly-mean' wins the prize.
