Stephney Dallmann - Director, Professional Services Firm

'As a CEO, I often turn to the mindfulness techniques as outlined in this book to create the psychological "still space" I need for considered analysis and calm reflection on business issues. The techniques allow timely, confident decision making to flow naturally out of even the most complex and fast moving situations.'

Raza Khan, CEO, Buckinghamshire Learning Trust

'An operating manual for the most important but least understood area of our lives - the mind and how we think. Good for thinking about business, great for thinking about life and living it.'
