About Paver, Michelle

Michelle Paver was born in Malawi but has lived for most of her life in Wimbledon. She has been a partner in a large City law firm, but now writes full-time. She has written four other highly acclaimed novels. She is also the bestselling author of the new children's series, Chronicles of Ancient Darkness.
