About Christine Wilding

Stephen Palmer is Founder Director of the Centre for Stress Management and the Centre for Coaching. He is a Charted Psychologist and UKCP registered psychotherapist, and served as consultant on the BBC's popular 'Stress Test' series. Christine Wilding is a registered psychotherapist and a Chartered human resource practitioner, who provides behaviour therapy to clients on both an individual and corporate basis.
