This book contains the latest recipes devised for the new Weight Watchers eating programme. The programme is broken down into three meals a day and the recipes have been presented in corresponding groups - breakfasts, light meals and main meals. All recipes have selection counts so that they can be easily incorporated into the daily eating plan. Recipes are given for single servings and there are suggestions on how to adapt them to serve more people.
