Fully updated, "Intellectual Property" continues to provide comprehensive coverage of the whole spectrum of intellectual property law as it applies in the UK. "Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988" made extensive changes to the law. Areas affected include: collective enforcement of copyright, copyright and new technology, introduction of new schemes for industrial designs, and moral rights.
