Alice in Wonderland: The Mad Hatter's Tea Party by Lewis Carroll

This new book takes Alice on a further adventure in Wonderland, where she meets the Mad Hatter and the March Hare, the King and Queen, and the other main characters from the original story. The text is a modern re-telling, making the book appropriate for young children, giving them a delightful introduction to this iconic childhood classic. A sequel to Eric Puybaret's delightful Alice in Wonderland: Down the Rabbit Hole, published in 2015. The book also includes a CD of the story read by Downton Abbey's Joanne Froggatt.

Eric Puybaret is the best-selling illustrator of Puff, The Magic Dragon, The Night Before Christmas and Over The Rainbow, as well as numerous books in his native France. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is one of his favourite books of all time. He lives in Paris.

Lewis Carroll was the pen-name of Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, author of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and its sequel, Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There. First published by Macmillan in 1865, these classic tales have delighted children all around the world for 150 years.
