Stephen Douds is an award-winning producer of factual programmes, based in Belfast. He worked for the BBC for eighteen years and has produced a number of documentaries and features for BBC Radio 2 and Radio 4. He is a critic and reviewer for various publications, including the Irish Times, and is a Trustee of the Lyric Theatre. His book, The Belfast Blitz: The People's Story, is a searing, immediate and enthralling account of the Belfast Blitz as it was experienced by the people who lived through it.
