Best-Ever Book of Jewish Cooking by Marlena Spieler

This book reviews China's industrialization from the perspective of inclusiveness, and discusses the challenges arising from its industrialization process and how the Chinese people view and seek to overcome these challenges. By examining China's industrialization in the context of the global economy, it reveals how China should be further integrated into and contribute to the great endeavor of worldwide industrialization and human development in the new era of economic globalization, allowing it to become a responsible stakeholder through its national rejuvenation for the benefit of the entire world.

Marlena Spieler is an international broadcaster and writer who focuses on her favorite subject: food, including its history and secrets, as well as the preparation, eating, and sharing of it. Marlena conjures up aromas and cuisines from the Mediterranean to Mexico, California to France, Eastern Europe and Asia, with specific subjects like chili peppers, olive oil, mushrooms, to a book on historic Jewish food from throughout the world, with over 70 cookbook titles (including contributions) to her credit. In the United Kingdom, The Classic Barbecue & Grill Cookbook was a best-seller. Marlena has been nominated for a number of prizes, including the renowned James Beard Award (two books and one daily column), the Guild of Food Writers Awards (best radio food broadcaster of the year, twice), and the Association of Food Journalists (best column in a newspaper with over 400,000 readership -- twice) for radio presenting, food writing, and books. In 2000, one of her books, Feeding Friends, won the International Cookbook Prize in Perigueux, France; in 2003, her Jewish Heritage Cooking received a Special Jury Award at the World Gourmand Book Awards in the Loire Valley; and in 2016, she received the Gourmand Family Award in Yantai, China.
