She was displaced to the North Carolina mountains, but eventually made her way back to New Orleans, where she lives with her ten-year partner and the craziest dogs and cats on the planet. KD is a huge fan of everything geeky, from video games to superheroes. She has over ten years of experience working in the mental health sector with children and their families. She discovered she had a gift for writing as a youngster and nurtured it over the years, in fits and turns.
