In Australia in the 1950s, a young Italian migrant boy, Anthony Fabrizi, growing up in Cronulla, a southern beach suburb of Sydney, is bruised by his first love. Robert Zammit, BVSc, started on the path of service to others of all species at seventeen. The owner of a thriving Australian veterinary practice, he is also the creator of the children's TV program Pet Street and the author of 101 Questions, a popular resource for pet owners. His other loves include cooking, music, reading, fishing, surfing, deep-sea diving, playing the guitar, and sharing a wonderful meal with family and friends. He lives in Vineyard, Australia, with his wife, Fiona, their daughters, and a very special family of dogs and cats.
