Jerry Jackson is a Texas A&M professor and energy economist with thirty years of expertise designing and implementing realistic solutions to tough energy business problems. He has worked with over one hundred clients as the owner and president of the consulting firm Jackson Associates, including more than twenty Fortune 500 corporations, start-up companies, electric and gas utilities, state agencies, research institutes, and the United States government. DOE is the United States Department of Energy. Jackson has testified in government hearings as an expert witness. He recently gave a keynote talk at an international sustainability conference in New Zealand, and he has also served as a U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.
