Pat was a full-time accredited trainer for 5 years before starting her private dog training business. Peaceful Paws specializes in solving canine behavior issues, offering group classes and in-home private training. Pat Blocker became a Certified Professional Dog Trainer in 2003. She adheres to a code of ethics set forth by the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers and upholds her education and knowledge of current training methods. Pat is a professional member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and an approved evaluator for the AKC's Canine Good Citizen program. She offers public speaking services and is a contributing feature writer for local dog magazines, business, and community newsletters. Pat lives in Aurora, Colorado with two canine behavior experts...her dogs Mr. MoJo and Penny Lane.
