Stephen Cherniske, M.S., a nutritional biochemist who headed the country's first FDA-licensed clinical laboratory specializing in nutrition testing, provided advice to the US Food and Drug Administration. He was a member of the American College of Sports Medicine's faculty and an Olympic team member. He presently works for Oasis Wellness Network in Broomfield, Colorado, as president and chief scientific officer.
