This is a hilarious story from award-winning author-illustrator team, Mick Manning and Brita Granstrom.
Mick Manning grew up in West Yorkshire and has a degree in graphics and an MA in Illustration. An authority on birds and mammals, he has been a freelance illustrator since 1982 and has taught at various art colleges around the country. Brita Granstrom grew up on a farm in a small Swedish village and studied graphic design and illustration at Konstfack in Stockholm. When Mick and Brita met they began making children's books together for fun in the evenings after their day jobs. They are now married and live with their children in the North of England.
