The Connoisseur's Guide to Tea by Jane Pettigrew
Covers almost everything from how tea was first 'discovered' to advice on where to buy it, and how it should be stored to making the perfect cup of tea. This work includes a country-by-country directory that is divided into four main parts. The first three sections look at the world's eleven major tea-producing nations.
Jane Pettigrew's professional interest in tea started when she opened the Tea-Time Tea-Shop in South London in 1983. She has written a number of books about tea and currently edits the Tea International section of the Tea and Coffee Trade Journal. She also writes on tea and tea-related affairs for a variety of international magazines and is consultant to the UK Tea Club. She lives in London.
