Elizabeth Aylott has over 15 years' experience as an HR specialist and lecturer in areas of Employment Law and Employee Relations. After a career in HR both in industry and the charitable sector, she joined the Hampshire Business School where she lectured on CIPD programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
