Equity and Trusts Law Directions by Gary Watt
Equity and Trusts Law Directions is an authoritative yet lively text with an emphasis on explaining clearly the key topics covered on equity and trusts courses. Rich learning features demonstrate how the law of equity and trusts is applied in the real world, and why it is such a stimulating and exciting field.
Review from previous edition Comprehensive without being too big, and stimulating without being condescendingAn excellent book for students. Peter Lampier, Senior Lecturer, London Metropolitan University An outstanding book. As an introduction to a non-intuitive subject...it has no equal. Greg Osborne, Senior Lecturer, University of Portsmouth
