This triumph led Earl and his business partner, Lloyd Conant, to form Nightingale-Conant Corporation, a company dedicated to helping others achieve personal success. Earl Nightingale created and performed more than 7,000 daily broadcasts for his popular radio program, Our Changing World, wrote and starred in many television programs, and was awarded the prestigious Golden Gavel Award from Toastmasters International.
