Gerard Egan, Ph.D., is a Loyola University of Chicago Emeritus Professor of Psychology and Organizational Studies. He has authored more than a dozen books and currently focuses on communication, counseling, business and organizational performance, management development, innovation and change management, leadership, and organizational politics and culture. He also runs workshops in these areas in the United States and overseas, and works as a consultant for a number of companies and institutions throughout the world.
