Viscusi, W. Kip: - W. Kip Viscusi is the John F. Cogan Jr. Professor of Law and Economics and director of the Program on Empirical Legal Studies at Harvard Law School. He is the author, coauthor, or editor of a number of books, including Smoking: Making the Risky Decision and Punitive Damages: How Juries Decide, the latter published by the University of Chicago Press.
