She's also the author or writer of a number of books, including A Home in the South, and was the host of the award-winning cable television show Southern Living Presents for six years. Frances has appeared on The Today Show, CNN's Open House, The Nate Berkus Show, and countless other shows. She is a contributing editor to House Beautiful magazine and a former editor at large for Veranda. She was born in North Carolina and now lives in the Santa Ynez Valley of California as well as New York City.
