John Bentley, like you, has gone through the ups and downs of life. You may be on 'cloud nine' one minute and then be perplexed and unsure of what to do next. Throughout it all, John has learned that guiding yourself is the key to keeping motivated, conquering obstacles, and fixing the difficulties that will inevitably arise in life. John's aha moment came early in his Air Force career, when he was told that his leadership style under pressure was like opening a coke can after it had been shook. This set him on a quest to figure out why he acted badly in stressful situations.

The information John learned was difficult to accept. He did, however, have a drive to learn and the determination to overcome limiting ideas that caused him to struggle, become frustrated, and limit his chances of success. His inner journey brought him tranquility and gave him the motivational answers he needed to achieve his current achievement. John started Power 2 Transform after retiring from the Air Force.

His main concentration since 2003 has been on assisting people in mastering the skill of self-leadership, particularly in the face of hardship. Whether he's speaking, coaching, or training, his goal is always the same: to provide individuals with the tools they need to maximize their talents and minimize their weaknesses so they can be more productive for themselves and others.
