Millard, Sue: - Born and educated on Merseyside, Sue Millard has lived in Cumbria since the 1970s on a very small farm at the end of the world. Married with two grown up children, she has been at various times a university lecturer in Computing, a harnessmaker, a contributor to Carriage Driving Magazine, a cartoonist and writer for the pony magazine Going Native and to its successor Native Pony. Her novels and poetry reflect the wide range of her interests.
