Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child by Marc Weissbluth
Talks about an approach to solving and preventing children's sleep problems. This book explains a step-by-step regime for parents for instituting beneficial habits within the framework of their child's natural sleep cycles. It outlines the best course of action for sleep problems: prevention and treatment; and more.
I love DrWeissbluth' s philosophy that the most important thing to have is a well-rested family. And fortunately, thanks to this book, most days (and nights) we do! -- Cindy Crawford
A paediatrician for 30 years, Dr Marc Weissbluth is also a leading researcher on sleep and children.
