Following the success of his debut, Jack P Harland returns with the second book in the Highland Journal series. In My Stride begins with a move to Aberdeen where Jack finds an eccentric new companion. Together, they set off to explore the Cairngorms, an area that was to surprise Jack and become his favourite corner of the Highlands.
Jack P Harland is a retired Aberdeen Head Teacher. He loves the mountains and became a Munroist in 2015. His first book, Highland Journal, 1 The Making of a Hillwalker, was published in 2018, has excellent reviews and was selected for VisitScotland iCentres. Jack now writes regular articles on mountain walks for the Press and Journal.
