Like its companion title, this, too, deserves a wider audience outside the classroom-- Manchester Evening News, 27 Jan 01 These two books put the Holocaust ito historical context without losing its unique horror [...] There will always be an important place for in-depth treatment of this quality in any school. -- TES, 12 Jan 01 The author's frankness in confronting difficult issues within a consistently accessible writing style is impressive. This series is one of the best treatments of this important and difficult topic available to schools. -- TES, 29 June 01
