The Hostile Trail by Charles G West

A Mindful Makeover is intended to encourage self-reflection on the career and personal goals of the reader. Using real-time introspective questions parallelled with the author's real-life experiences - both good and bad - allows the reader to feel comfortable and open in order to provoke new perspectives.

This book is a tool that I can use daily in my professional and personal life. It helped me see the bigger picture in my own career goals. - Jamie Wiley (7-year industry professional)

The questions made me think about myself in ways I haven't before. They really taught me how to handle difficult moments at the salon and in life. - Milena Rose Ghattas (6-year industry professional)

This book has given me the confidence to go after my dreams and realize anything is possible - Diana Black (Licensed this year )

Charles West was a Humboldt Fellow and an AHRC Leadership Fellow in the past. West has written a lot about the early Middle Ages, including historical literature.
