Laura Numeroff is the author of a number of children's books, including the If You Give... The Chicken Sisters and Laura Numeroff's 10-Step Guide to Living with Your Monster are among the series. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California, where she enjoys horseback riding, reading biographies, and playing with her pets. A percentage of her income will be donated to First Book, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting literacy among youngsters.
