Jo Pratt is a food stylist, writer and home economist as well as Elle magazine’s inhouse foodie. She also writes regularly for Olive and BBC Good Food Magazine. Her first book, The Nation’s Favourite Food, was published by BBC books in 2003 and she is makes regular appearances on Saturday Cooks, Great Food Live and Sky TV’s Taste. She lives in North London with her husband and their new baby boy.
