He is also Director of the APEC Study Centre at Monash University and an Adjunct Professor in International and Community Development at Deakin University, Australia. JANET HUNT is a Fellow at the Centre for Aboriginal Economic Policy Research, Australian National University, Australia. MARK MCGILLIVRAY is Deputy Director of the World Institute for Development Economics and Research at the United Nations University, Helsinki, Finland. He also holds honorary chairs and fellowships at a number of British and Australian universities.
