Karl Albrecht Heise (1868-1930) war ein deutscher Autor, der auch unter den Pseudonym Karl Alberti schrieb. Er wurde in Schwedt geboren und lebte in Tokyo, wo er, nach der Titelseite eines seiner B 1/4cher, als Professor arbeitete. Er wurde bekannt durch die Herausgabe und œbersetzung des Werkes Japanische M rchen (1910), eine Sammlung japanischer M rchen, Sagen und Fabeln f 1/4r deutsche Jugend. Er verfasste au Ÿerdem noch zwei Novellen: Diet Geisha (1924) und Um Was? (1924).
