Laura Theodore is a well-known public television personality, a celebrity vegan chef, a radio host, a cookbook author, and an award-winning actor and musician. She has been making healthy and delicious plant-based meals for over 20 years and is one of the top leaders in the plant-based cuisine movement. Laura is the on-camera host of the award-winning Jazzy Vegetarian plant-based culinary series on public television (now in its sixth season), as well as the host of the popular Jazzy Vegetarian Radio podcast radio show (now in its ninth year). Laura Theodore's Vegan-Ease: An Simple Guide to Eating a Plant-Based Diet, Jazzy Vegetarian Classics: Vegan Twists on American Family Favorites, and Jazzy Vegetarian: Vibrant Vegan Food Made Easy and Tasty are among the books written by Theodore.
