This book is a straightforward guide to the Visual Basic programming language and programming techniques. It covers all of the practical programming skills that may be required up to GCSE level and for those at AS Level with limited exposure to VB. Sylvia has a first class degree in Computer Science from Sheffield University and a PGCE from Cambridge University. She worked as a programmer for 2 years before a 23-year career in teaching Computing A-Level at a sixth form college, the last 11 years as a head of department. She is a founder member of CAS and has written a number of A-Level Computing textbooks. Sylvia's examining experience stretches over 20 years and with a number of exam boards.
