Philip D. W. Krey (Ph.D., University of Chicago) is president and professor of early and medieval church history at Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia (Pennsylvania). Some of the books he has published are Nicholas of Lyre: The Senses of Scripture which he co-edited with Lesley Smith; Nicholas of Lyra's Apocalypse Commentary (1329) in the Literal Postil; and For All the Saints: A Short History of the Church. Timothy J. Wengertis the emeritus Ministerium of Pennsylvania Professor of Church History at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. He has authored and edited many books and articles on Reformation topics, including, with Robert Kolb, The Book of Concord (Augsburg Fortress, 2000) and has written over one hundred articles. In 2000, he received the Melanchthon Prize from Bretten, Germany.
