Mr. Keller is co-author of The Right Mix, also published by McGraw-Hill. John G. Crandall has worked as a mechanical engineer at General Motors, and is the founder of Duquesne Systems and a former vice president of information systems at Legent. His latest venture is Optimum Power Technology, which specializes in engine simulation software.
