He has conducted a number of teacher training programs and mentored new teachers. He has also conducted a number of seminars and workshops to promote the English language. He has taught a wide range of students. He has produced two spoken English serials for local TV channels. He has organized many competitions at various levels. He has released 90 educational audio cassettes. He has compared innumerable VIP programs. Some of his unique projects are English Vocabulary Quiz Contest, Pronunciation Marathon, and Newspaper Headlines. He provides free coaching to the underprivileged. He is the winner of 'Excellence in Vocational Education' Award 2017.
