He actively engages with industry, advising professional sporting organisations on nutrition, and has over 50 internationally peer-reviewed articles.
S. Andy Sparks (PhD) has over 25 years of experience teaching and researching in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and Physiology. Most recently he was a Reader in Exercise Physiology, leading the Sport and Exercise Nutrition provision on a BSc Sport and Exercise Science programme. His research has developed several international collaborations and consultancy and he has over 85 peer-reviewed publications. He now works for Maurten AB.
