On Being a Bishop by Alan R Kemp
This little book is a hidden gem of the wisdom and consciousness that has come through the independent Catholic experience of the 20th and 21st centuries. It teaches us both how to be a bishop and how not to be a bishop. If we can even open our hearts a little bit, we will fulfill the teaching of Jesus who said, 'The greatest among you will be your servant (Mt. 23:11).' - Mar Roberto Foss de Los Angeles. In this small book on what it means to be a neo-Catholic Bishop-what some call Episcopi Vagantes or the Other Catholics, Robert Burns shares from his heart. To him, being a bishop is really about being a true Teacher, Pastor, Liberator, and Facilitator.
