Anna Witte was born in Germany and grew up in Spain before moving to America where she has lived for the last eighteen years. She has also written Lola's Fandango for Barefoot Books. Brian Amador, an accomplished guitarist, is the founder and musical director of Sol y Canto, a Latin sextet based in Boston who play their unique, joyful and inspiring music across America. He lives in Boston with his wife Rosi, company director and lead vocalist of the group, and their two children.
