Planning the Primary National Curriculum by Keira Sewell
This book explores assessment opportunities, how the teaching of each subject can be organised, key and essential resources in each subject, and how ICT can best be used in each subject to enhance teaching. This book has been very useful in my current placement school, it has all of the national curriculum requirements with brilliant lesson examples for each subjectIt shows how to set out a good lesson plan and ways to match it to the curriculum. It also gives many possible ways to plan and things to incorporate into lessons. I would definitely recommend this book to those in primary education.
