Planted by Andy Sturgeon

Planted combines core, indispensable advice with exquisite, extraordinary photographs, so that it becomes a pleasure to learn, to get going and glory in your garden. The trick is - don t be intimidated by what you don t know yet; but put on some lipstick, and start sowing veg. Window-sill or wilderness, get out there and discover the joys of tweaking. At last, a gardening guide that accepts that dozing in a lounger with a martini is more fun than wielding a hoe . . . It travels with attitude in spades.' WALLPAPER
